Our Compensation Plan

πŸ’² Your earn what you work for β€” and you keep it.

  • As a Loan Officer:

    • Do you love problem-solving, critical thinking and serving as a commnity resource? Sounds like you're the ideal candidate for this position!

    • Develop your sales pipeline and manage your own loans

      • 100% Commission

      • 2.75% commission with the following transaction fees:

        • First 15 loans – 75 bps paid to LendingHouse

        • Next 10 loans – 50 bps paid to LendingHouse

        • Thereafter – 35 bps paid to LendingHouse. If you have closed 25+ loans in the past 12 months, you are eligible to join our team at this level.

  • As a Realtor Relations Rep:

    • Do you love meeting people, throwing parties (I meant hosting events 🀣) and building relationships? Then, this is the perfect job for you.

    • Solely work the sales side of the business and bring in loans to our team.

      • 75 bps per loan

      • 50% marketing expense reimbursement

  • Career progression at LendingHouse is structured to reward performance, experience, and leadership development, offering clear milestones from entry-level to management roles. A new team member typically begins as a Junior Loan Officer (Jr LO), focusing on mastering the fundamentals of mortgage lending, customer service, and sales. This stage emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and building a strong foundation in both LendingHouse's systems and client relationship management. Success at this level is measured by loan volume, client satisfaction, and personal growth.

  • With consistent performance and demonstrated skill, a Jr LO can advance to the role of Senior Loan Officer (Sr LO). At this stage, professionals often earn over $100,000 annually, thanks to a more robust book of business, higher close rates, and increased commissions. Senior LOs are expected to work more independently, handle complex transactions, and contribute to the training of newer team members.

  • For those with strong leadership qualities and a drive to mentor others, the next step is Team Leader. This role involves overseeing a group of LOs, setting performance goals, coaching for success, and collaborating with management to drive team results. Team Leaders play a critical role in maintaining LendingHouse's high-performance culture and are instrumental in shaping the next generation of top producers.
